Upload from the assets page in the branding dashboard. Each file has a kind — logo, dark-mode logo, favicon, email header, wordmark, background pattern, share image or font — and only one of each kind is current at a time, so replacing a logo swaps it everywhere without you hunting for the old copies. Raster images get sized variants generated automatically; vector logos are kept as they are. Files are hosted on your branding domain and served over plain public links, because the places that need them — email clients, printers, and the preview cards that appear when someone shares your link — arrive without any credentials. Your social share image is generated from your published kit if you never upload one.
How do I upload a logo or favicon, and where do the files live?
Upload from the assets page in the branding dashboard; files are hosted on your branding domain with public links every surface can load.

How do developers fetch our brand?
One call: GET /v1/branding/{orgId}/resolve, with a format for the visual kit, CSS variables, or the voice instructions. The same thing is a resolve_brand tool over MCP.
Can the platform help me build a brand from scratch?
Describe your organization and the brand studio proposes a palette, fonts and voice — as a proposal you accept, edit or reject. Nothing is applied until you review it.
I manage brands for other organizations — how does that work?
Organizations you manage can inherit your brand, you can lock the parts that must not change, and you can push updates down to all of them at once.
Can my brand look and sound different in different places?
Yes. Overlays adjust the kit or the voice for a specific surface, audience, channel, location or moment — an apology message does not have to read like a promotion.
How does my brand voice reach the AI replies and writing assist?
You set tone, wording and a do-not-say list; the platform turns it into instructions every AI surface follows before it writes a word.
