What Reservations Does
NOWAITN Reservations gives your business a branded online booking page where customers can see available times and book instantly. Behind the scenes, it manages table assignments, party sizes, time slots, and capacity limits — so you never get double-booked.
The system supports both timed reservations (restaurant tables, salon chairs) and duration-based appointments (consulting sessions, tours). Mixed mode lets you handle both in the same location.
Staff Experience
Your team sees a clean calendar view — daily, weekly, or list mode. Walk-ins can be added with one tap. If a customer calls, staff can book on their behalf in seconds.
Drag-and-drop rescheduling, color-coded status tags, and automatic SMS confirmations keep the flow moving. When a reservation is approaching, the dashboard highlights it. When a no-show happens, the slot opens back up automatically based on your grace period settings.

Reservations is $12 per seat per month and is now in early access for existing NOWAITN customers. All early access feedback directly shapes the roadmap.
