The running record of what a partner has accrued and been paid. It lists every accrual as it lands and every payout as it settles, so an affiliate or reseller can see their balance owed and reconcile it against what actually hit their bank.

Affiliate
An account that earns a revenue share from another tenant's sales. An affiliate doesn't run the business day to day; they drive or enable sales for a tenant and accrue a cut of the revenue, settled to their own payout account.
Accrual
Earned revenue awaiting payout, recorded per ride, order, or ticket as it happens. Each qualifying sale adds to the accrual in real time, so a partner's balance owed is always current — the accrued total is what a payout eventually settles.
Markup
A per-transaction surcharge a reseller adds on top of the platform fee. Where the platform fee is the platform's cut, the markup is the reseller's own cut layered above it — the reseller keeps the markup while the platform keeps its fee on each sale.
Reseller
A partner who provisions and marks up platform accounts for other businesses. A reseller sets up tenants under their own umbrella, applies a markup on top of the platform fee, and earns the difference — tracked as accruals in their earnings ledger.
Revenue share
The arrangement where a partner receives a percentage of a tenant's sales. Unlike a fixed markup added per transaction, a revenue share is a negotiated cut of the total; it accrues as sales come in and settles to the partner through their payout account.
