Ride

Rider
A customer who books a Ride: a special kind of customer, tracked in your one Customers book.
Service level
An offered ride tier — Sedan, SUV, stretch limo, and so on — each with its own rate table. When a rider books, the service level they pick sets which rates the fare is computed against and what vehicle class fulfills the ride.
Fare quote
The price shown to a rider before booking, computed from the trip's distance and time against the chosen service level's rates. It's the up-front, all-in number the rider agrees to, and any active surge is applied to it.
