Production
A large, on-site operation you RUN for a KNOWN, registered crowd across MANY stations and venues (a corporate event, festival, or catered function). Guests are pre-registered (not ticket buyers), recognized across every station by one identity, and their entitlements (meals, drinks, entries) are counted per station. Formerly called "Event check-in."
Roster
A list of known people with a check-in policy: either your members (Memberships) or a Production's registered guests.
Registrant
A pre-registered person who checks in at one or more stations during a Production. Unlike a ticket buyer, a registrant is enrolled ahead of time and recognized by one identity across every station, where their entitlements are counted as they're used.
Entitlement
A right to use a service a set number of times per person — for example 2 meals per registrant, or 1 drink per station. The scanner counts each use against the entitlement and stops honoring the pass once the allowance is spent.
Enforce scope
The rule that controls how an entitlement is counted: per station or vendor, per location, or across the whole Production. A per-station scope lets a guest use their allowance once at each station; a production-wide scope lets them use it only once no matter which station they visit.
