Every order comes with its own live tracking page at my0rder.com — a link the customer gets the moment they order, and in their notifications. It answers "is it ready yet?" so your staff don't have to.
What's on the page
A three-step timeline — Received → In progress → Ready — that advances in real time as staff work the order, a short pickup code to quote at the counter, the item list and total, and a payment badge showing either Paid or the exact balance due at pickup.
How it updates
When staff tap Start preparing or Ready for pickup on the dashboard, the customer's page updates within seconds, and — if they left a mobile number or email — they're notified automatically. No refresh needed, no app to install.
Who can see it
The tracking link works like a receipt: anyone holding the link can view that one order's status, and nothing else. There's no account, no login, and no way to browse from one order to another — links use long unguessable codes.
Cancelled orders
If an order is cancelled, the tracking page says so plainly and tells the customer to check in at the counter with their pickup code — no silent disappearing orders.
